Is this actually free? +

Yep. No catch, no credit card, no hidden fee. I record 10 of these a month because the business owners who get value from them often end up wanting more — and that's where we'd talk about working together. But the teardown itself costs you nothing.

How long does it actually take? +

Filling out the form is 60 seconds. The video takes me around 5 minutes to record once I've reviewed your account. You'll get the link emailed to you within 48 hours of submitting.

Will you pitch me at the end? +

The video itself is pure feedback — no pitch in it. At the end I'll mention that if you want help actually implementing the changes, you can book a 15-min strategy call. That's it. No follow-up emails hassling you.

What if my Instagram is small? +

Doesn't matter. Most of our clients started under 500 followers. What matters is that you're posting and want to make it work. If you have zero content posted, grab the free playbook first and come back once you've got a few reels up.

Why only 10 a month? +

Because they're personalised and I record them myself. 10 is what I can fit in alongside client work without rushing them. Once the 10 are filled for the month, applications roll over to the next month.
